- 1 scoop peanut butter proteing powder
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter (non-crunchy!)
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 banana (frozen works better!)
- 3 – 5 Ice cubes (more or less depending on how thick you like it)
